How we work
Engagements are scoped, built and, where you want it, operated. Terms, timelines and service levels are set in each contract.
1. A first conversation
Describe what you want to build, decide or keep running, so both sides can see whether the work fits.
2. Scope, or an assessment first
For a defined need, the next step is an agreed scope with deliverables and boundaries. For an open decision, a bounded assessment of models, hosting or architecture comes first.
3. Build
Implementation against that scope, in your environment where the work requires it.
4. Continued operation, if you want it
Monitoring, evaluation, updates and improvement after launch, under the terms agreed.
Principles
- Say plainly where AI does not belong.
- Keep a person in charge of decisions that need an owner.
- Stay model- and vendor-neutral where practical.
- Treat cost, data boundaries and reliability as requirements from the start.
